January 4 ACA Meeting with Elliott McFadden, editor of Austin on Two Wheels
Who better to kick things off in the new year than the man who has his finger on the pulse of the Austin cycling scene more than anyone we know: Elliott McFadden, editor of Austin on Two Wheels. Admit it: The first thing you do every day is check his blog, right? And he maintains the most comprehensive cycling calendar in Central Texas. On Monday, January 4, come hear what Elliott has to say about bike culture and trends in our fair city. Max's Wine Dive on the 4th. It is across the street from The Rio Grande Restaurant. 207 San Jacinto. The menu offers a variety of foods, including mac 'n cheese, fried chicken, liver and onions, hummus, cheese plates, salads, hamburgers, and much more -- all with a gourmet twist. The program will start at 6:30 p.m., so feel free to arrive earlier to place dinner or drink orders.
